Hudsonville, MI ~ ACE Hardware

This Ace Hardware project which includes additional neighborhood retail custom designed by Ross Pope to meet the specific needs of Ace Hardware for the specific market and trade area is currently under construction as part of the Georgetown Center development at the corner of Baldwin Street and 36th Avenue in Hudsonville, MI.

Westfield, IN ~ ACE Hardware

This Ace Hardware project is being developed as part of the Westfield Marketplace, in Westfield, Indiana adjacent to the newly constructed Kroger store. The project is a joint venture involving Redstone and Ace Hardware Corporation out of Chicago, Illinois.

The concept was developed as a way for Ace to make its growth program more successful, having the store Pre-developed for the Retailer and ready to occupy.

Avon, IN ~ ACE Hardware

This 18,000 square foot retail store is currently under construction in one of the more rapidly growing Indianapolis growth communities. The project is being specifically developed for a new Ace Hardware retailer who was previously involved in the racing industry.
